#13 NECKLACES AND COLLECTOR PLATES

I spent the entire three-day weekend posting photos, researching values, and pricing collector plates and necklaces. The collector plates once belonged to a friend's parents. I received them to sell. Only one of them was mine.

Of the necklaces, a few of them are mine, a few were my mother's which I inherited, and the majority were hand-crafted by my younger sister Gillian. The cash from her pieces will go to her, 100%. www.AndreasEstate.com/necklaces.html
A friend asked me why I've posted them on my website when it's easier to simply post them in my local Facebook groups and Facebook Marketplace. Three reasons:
1. My local groups are mostly retired people who are trying to downsize their own things, sell what came with the condo they bought, or sell their own parents' things. My items just get lost in the crowd.
2. When I post on my website, wwwAndreasEstate.com, there is a potential for people in other states to see my items. I have sold items to people in Michigan, Texas, Colorado, etc.
3. By posting items, descriptions, and prices, my website becomes an inventory of all my stuff. Then, when I'm gone, someone will already have everything catalogued for sale for them. Smart?
There is more jewelry to post: watches, rings, pins, bracelets, earrings, and some others. But that is for another day.
This week I have business paperwork to attend to.
